Purchase of the designs is a license to use the designs and does not lend to duplication permission in any form. Changing (except to resize), duplicating, reselling (including any auctions), loaning, sharing in any way, or any transfer of the designs (including any of the free designs) is a violation of Title 17 U.S.C., et seq. Marge's Creations allows only the purchaser to use the embroidered designs on items for resale or personal use. No other permission is written or implied.
All designs in this package have been tested extensively. Marge's Creations will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using any of our designs.
You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer the designs to a blank memory card or your embroidery machine.
At this time, designs are available in following formats: EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VIP. You now have the option of receiving your order in one of the formats or all available formats. Please be aware that if you select all 6 formats the email (or emails) may be very large. Please make sure that you have adequate room in your email box to receive the files.
To save space and bandwidth, each design package has been bundled together in a Zip file. If you are unable to receive or read zip files please let us know so alternative arrangements can be made.
You can pay for your online purchases using PayPal, but if you prefer to pay through postal mail, we also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. At this time we do not accept telephone, fax, or e-mail orders.
PayPal - For your convenience, our online store accepts payment through PayPal (including most major credit cards). As PayPal is always expanding their services, please visit the PayPal site for the most up-to-date information.
eChecks - Payments processed through PayPal eChecks are not automatic transfers and must still go through a clearing process with PayPal (usually 3 to 4 business days). Orders will be processed after funds have cleared.
To assure a secure transaction, a confirmed shipping address and valid email address is required when ordering.
Money Orders / Personal Checks - If you do not wish to pay through the on-line process, simply print out the on-line order form and mail the form and payment to: Marge's Creations, 18 Down Lane, Mansfield, Massachusetts 02048. Please make sure to include your name, mailing address, and in case we need to contact you, your email address and/or telephone number. Make all payments payable to Marge's Creations. Orders with third-party checks, or payments made out to anyone else will be returned.
Orders will be processed after payment has been received and funds have cleared. Money orders are processed 1 to 2 days after receipt; personal checks are processed 7 to 10 days after receipt. This processing time does not include time in transit.
We do not recommend nor accept cash sent through postal mail.
Digital Design orders are delivered by email attachement within 48 hours. They are not instant downloads. Please make sure that your order includes your valid email address (by default this is your primary PayPal email) and that your email account has enough available space to receive the files.
If you have not received the order within 48 hours please contact email@example.com. In an effort to block spam, some email providers will inadvertently block legitimate emails containing zip files, attachments that are large, or ones that they suspect are business oriented. If you run into any problems receiving the files we will work with you to find alternative options.
Digital Designs sent via email or internet link do not incur shipping and handling charges.
For Domestic (US Only) orders, you now have the option to receive your order on CD sent via USPS Postal Mail. Please contact us regarding shipping prices. This option is not available on International orders.
Because of the nature of electronic media, all sales are final. No refunds. Defective or corrupt files will be replaced upon verification of original order, to the original purchaser only.
If your order contains defective or corrupt files, contact Customer Service immediately.
At this time we only ship within the United States (incuding Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we cannot process orders shipping to any international destination.
For speedy deliver, most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 business days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). If it is necessary to use an alternative method or carrier (due to the size, weight, and/or destination of the package), you will be contacted as soon as possible regarding any adjusted shipping charges.

In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) after funds have cleared. Personalized items take an additional 2 - 3 weeks to process unless otherwise stated. If you need an item in a hurry please let us know before you place your order, and we do our best to work with you on an accelerated schedule.
For your convenience, you will receive an email after your order has been shipped which will include USPS online tracking information. Please be aware that many times shipments are delivered before the tracking information becomes available through the USPS web site.
To make sure you are happy with your purchase, stock items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee if returned in their original condition with original packaging. If the package is returned, but not in fully saleable condition, partial credit may be given at our option. Credit will be given for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping charges.
Sales are final on special orders and personalized merchandise (unless the error is on our end and then we will replace the item in question). Worn or washed items also cannot be returned.
If you receive an item that has been damaged, contact Customer Service immediately. Do not throw away any of the packaging and hold on to the damaged item(s) until further instructions.
If you wish to return a purchase, please e-mail Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Please allow up to 14 days processing time for credit adjustments for returns. You MUST include a copy of your return authorization e-mail (or packing list marked with the Return Authorization Number) with any returned merchandise to prevent delays in processing the return.
We strive to keep this website up-to-date, but as many of our hand-crafted items are one-of-a-kind, it is possible that by the time we receive your order the exact item may no longer be in stock. In these instances, we will glady refund your money, or if you wish to instead place a special order, we will work with you to provide an alternative solution at our discretion.

At Marge's Creations, we DO NOT sell your information to any other company or individuals for any reason.
During checkout we collect only the information necessary to complete your order. If the information you provide is accurate and complete, our customer service will be that much better.
If a transaction is involved in a legal dispute, and information is requested from us in the form of a subpoena (a legal demand for information or appearance) we are required to provide it. If this occurs, our policy is to first contact our customer to inform them of our legal obligations.
